Palletize the Orionweigh with the ABB IRB6400 six axis robot suitable to stack bags and boxes up to 600 units per hour with a minimum foot print of three square meters. A selection of one to four pallet stations are available, options of pallet dispensers and pallet feed conveyors can be incorporated. With a lift capacity of 120kg the Orion palletizer makes easy work of a back breaking job. More versatile than conventional xyz palletizers and with a smaller foot print it is the affordable option. Can be synchronized with any weighing/dosing system and has a user friendly computer control system.
